Cochrane Wolves Football Club welcomes Matt Thomas to the Wolf-Pack! Matt joins the club as the Director of Coaching, with the goal to develop a first class coach development program for the Club and community.
Matt Thomas brings extensive experience within the game from a professional standpoint in Europe to grassroots knowledge of the landscape in Canada.
He has worked for various professional Clubs in Europe and since landing in Canada has worked for the BC Soccer Association, Manitoba Soccer Association , and Alberta Soccer Association. He has been privileged to have held the position of Technical Director for Provincial Associations, Districts and Clubs during his time here in Canada.
Matt is a Canada Soccer Master Learning Facilitator currently facilitating the B-License and Youth License nationwide. He holds the top Licenses from around the World including his UEFA-A, USSF-A, CSA-A, UEFA Youth License, USSF Youth License, USSF Director of Coaching License and many more.
Matt has had the pleasure to work in nine (9) countries and continues to mentor coaches globally.
