Refund Policy
Updated for Outdoor 2022:
If our programming has the need to shut down due to an outbreak of COVID-19 we will do our best to move any fees paid into a credit for a future registration, after our costs are taken care of, but refunds will not be issued. If your athlete misses an extended period of time due to sickness or AHS recommended isolation we are unable to refund or credit fees. The deposit paid at registration is non-refundable.
Tiered League Play:
Once you register with our Club:
- There will be no refunds after the start of player placement evaluations.
- If CMS is unable to place the athlete on a team, we will explore other options such as our Red Shirt Program. If the player chooses not to participate in the Red Shirt Program a full refund will be given minus a small administration fee. If requested by the player, CMS will assist to facilitate moving to another club.
- If a player has a season ending injury, a pro-rated refund can be applied for, less a small administration fee. Application for this should be sent to the CMS office together with a doctor’s note explaining the circumstances of the injury and the date sustained.
- No refunds will be issued if a player/ parent disagrees with the player’s team placement or coach selection. Days of the week played are subject to CMSA league decisions and although CMS will do our best to accommodate team requests for scheduling practices and technical training academy, personal conflict does not qualify for any refund.
- In all cases, BCSA insurance fees are non-refundable after the start of the season.
- If a player is applying for subsidy, payment for the rest of the program that will not be covered by subsidy must be made at the time of registration. Please contact the office if you wish to discuss this further.
- The convenience fee charged by Teamsnap for using online payment methods is non-refundable.
- In all cases a small admin fee will be levied.
