Updated Volunteer Program Requirements

All competitive and development players will be charged a VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT at the time of registration. Once your volunteer commitment is fulfilled you will be granted a $100 to a future registration fee.

**(if you have player in both you will be charged the higher amount)

* Each family needs to complete 100 points to receive their refund. More details will be available after registration opens regarding the specifics of time commitment of each role. You will be contacted based on the areas of interest you choose.

Below are some examples of volunteer opportunities for this Outdoor Season. We will ensure that each family has plenty of opportunities to earn their volunteer deposit back!

100 Point Commitments - Full credit

  • Head Coach (Tiered League Play)
  • Assistant Coach (Tiered League Play)
  • Manager (Tiered League Play- credit given to co managers)
  • Board Member
  • Equipment Lead (pre season prep and field prep organization)
  • Inventory and distribute Team Jerseys (Tiered League Play)
  • Distribute Training Jerseys (purchased individually)
  • Grassroots Festival team Lead (4 spots) (1-2
  • Festivals, with CMS support)
  • Butchery Block Fundraiser Lead (Club Wide meat fundraiser with local supplier)
  • Equipment Swap Lead (swap to be held in Mid March at Spray Lakes)
  • Sponsorship $100 min contribution (Company logo credited on CMS Website)
  • Team Jersey Lead/ Jersey Cheque Team lead (Tiered League Play)
  • Junior coach volunteer- future coaches wanting to be mentored
  • Pre Season Meet and Greet Organizer
  • Casino Volunteer (many spots – when we are allotted our casino by AGLC)
  • Raffle Box 50/50 Fundraiser ($200 worth of tickets)

50 Point Commitment - 25 points per shift

  • Jamboree Festival Volunteer
  • Bearspaw Market runs Sundays June 1 to October 1 (Anything over 2 shifts, credit towards future seasons)
  • Field Prep/ Net moving
  • Rangers Shed clean out
  • Raffle Box 50/50 ($100 worth of tickets)

25 Point Commitment - 25 points per shift

  • Evaluation check in volunteer
  • Pinnie organization (pre season/ mid season)
  • Pinnie washing
  • Tim Bit Jersey/Socks hand out (first week of programming)
  • Equipment swap volunteers
  • Raffle Box 50/50 Fundraiser ($50 worth of tickets)
